Abacus is intended to be an ergonomic calculator meant for use by programmers or other power users. It intends to provide scripting functionality, as well as a strong core library to ensure that the users won't have to re-implement the wheel through scripting. However, a strong standard library is not the main goal of Abacus (we're not Wolfram Alpha, or Mathematica).
More information is to be added to this page as it becomes available.
